Thank you for shopping at Río Meta. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@riometa.eu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return due to their specific nature. These include:

  • Hunting Ammunition and Firearms: Due to safety and legal regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition or firearms.
  • Customized Gear: Items that have been personalized or modified as per your specifications, such as custom-fitted clothing or engraved accessories, cannot be returned.
  • Perishable Items: This includes bait, animal attractants, and certain survival supplies that have a limited shelf life.
  • Safety Equipment: For safety reasons, items like harnesses, ropes, and climbing gear cannot be returned once used.
  • Electronic Devices: Items such as GPS units, trail cameras, and electronic calls, once opened and used, are not returnable due to the nature of their usage.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
